How to fix postion of report itme?

I'm mirgating a invoice report from Crystal Reports to RS, I've some questions on controlling position of report items.

I put a list at the body of report. At the top of the list, it displays general information of invoice, like invoice no., customer name, address, page no....., I want those information print on the top of every page. In the middle of list, I use a table to display invoice details, it may have many lines and longer than one page. At the bottom of the list, I want to display some terms and condition and draw a line for signature.

I want to know how to fix the position of report items in the list? I want to repeat the beginning part (general information) of the list on every page, and print the terms and signature part at the end of an invoice (not on every page for multi paged invoices), and at the bottom of a page (signature must be printed at the bottom of a page, and end of an invoice, not every page). Does RS have similar functions fix report item location? like print at the top / at the end of a page, repeat header on every page in Crystal Reorts?

Can't you just use Page Headers and Footers for the Report Title and Signature section?
